Wikimania – the annual conference celebrating Wikipedia and its sister projects – was held in Esino Lario, Italy in 2016. Esino Lari is a small municipality in the northern part of Italy, with over 700 people living there. The conference was held on June 22–23 (pre-conference), 24–26 (main conference) and 27–28 (post-conference), 2016.

I was attending there as well. It was my first ever Wikimania.
